We have a 2-days return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will also need a video recording proof when opening the parcel/package (NO VIDEO - NO RETURN). The video must be WHEN OPENING, not when it's already opened.
